10-digit multiplexed 7-segment display split into 2x banks of 5 digits.

Data is scanned sequentially to each digit in turn and then the common cathode pulldown is enabled for 1/10th of the time it takes to do one frame.

By varying the amount of time within the slot of 1/10th total time, brightness control for each digit is controlled. This is useful for highlighting which decade is being adjusted by the rotary control on the front panel.

Red and Green LEDs allow a single logic output to turn on either one by driving out a logic '1' or '0'.

This 7 segment display is the same size as the DIP IC. The light is quite bright and the display is very unique. I took this display from the front panel of an old electronic device with the Telefunken brand.
