霞城：山形城跡，市民的休閒廣場『霞城公園』

園內有棒球場,網球場和供市民使用的設施之外，還有最上義光歷史館,山形鄉土館等資料館。為了和復建後的東大手門結緣，在市內名所處，於此時期打上藍色燈光，照射盛開的櫻花，營造出夢幻的氣氛。此外還有體育館,市民游泳池,弓道場等設施。
