Conrail RS11 7600 makes a move on the run around track at Lima, NY on May 3, 1979. My 1978 Chevy truck is on the left.

Called in at Sheffield for an hour to see the Waxwings. I was not disappointed. Showing the red tips on the wing where the Waxwing gets it's name. (Looks like drops of wax.) Good company whilst there.

Conrail RS-11 7600 is leading the Lima local North and crossing the old Lehigh Valley main at Rochester Jct. in Mendon, NY on May 3, 1979. The branch was known as the Rochester Branch on the LV and it had two halves. The North half ran from Rochester Jct. up to Rochester, NY. The South half ran from Rochester Jct. originally down to Hemlock. Part of the South half was abandoned between Lima and Hemlock in 1968. The locals called the branch South of Rochester Jct. simply as the Lima branch, although that probably was never its official name.

The diesel facilities at Rochester, NY on March 24, 1979. Sometimes it was packed with power and sometimes there was not much there, such as in this view. RS-11 #7600, a "Dewitt Geep", and a SW1500 are all that is there on this day. It was not uncommon to find a good number of Alco products here, mainly RS-32's and RS-11's.

Trailing on CN 148, the CN 7600 makes an unexpected appearance at Copetown Ontario.

I'm not thrilled with my focus on this one. But it'll do.

My friend removed a postcard from the wall, and some of the paint got off with it.

But instead of the paint, now there was a woman and I quickly drew her in with a pencil before she could escape.

Sketching with the London on Location group Saturday 31st October 2015. This series of sketches depicts the notorious Aylesbury housing estate the largest in London accommodating about 7600 people is being regenerated. Protests are taking place to save the estate. Residents are being moved off the estate, block by block, re-homed and split up all over the country.
