Op mijn laatste vakantiedag, zondag 19 september, werd naar nevenlijnen in het grensgebied in Duitsland getogen om daar eens foto's te maken. Mijn oog was gevallen op de lijnen Xanten-Duisburg en Kleve-Duisburg.
Het Duitse NordWestBahn onderhoud sinds december 2009 de RB31 tussen Duisburg Hbf en Xanten. Deze dienst kent de naam Der Niederrheiner. Er wordt standaard een uursdienst geboden tussen beide plaatsen. Doordeweeks is er een extra omloopt tussen Duisburg en Moers. En in de spits rijden er extra ritten van en naar Xanten.
Op deze zondag 19 september waren er werkzaamheden tussen Moers en Duisburg Hbf. Dit had het gevolg dat de RB31 alleen tussen Xanten en Moers reed. Hiervoor zijn twee omlopen nodig. Iedere omloop bestond uit twee gekoppelde LINT 41 stellen uit de serie BR 648.
Doordat de zon ineens meer tevoorschijn kwam in de middag werd er naar het dorpje Birten gereden, een paar kilometer bij Xanten vandaan. Hier stond de zon inmiddels aan de andere kant van het spoor voor de treinen uit Xanten.
Het werd nog even spannend want er waren nog veel wolken en sluiers bij de zon, maar toen de overweg een paar honderd meter verderop dicht ging kwam de zon gelukkig uit een sluier.
Zo zien we hier in het zonnetje NWB LINT VT 648 436 met de 648 420 passeren als RB31 75105 van Xanten naar Moers de fotograaf bij het kleine dorpje Birten.

Während östlich von Vesoul am 21. Januar 2017 teils noch eine geschlossene Schneedecke lag, zeigte sich das Tal der Amance praktisch schneefrei in verschiedenen Ocker-, Beige- und Brauntönen. Zudem waberte stets eine leichte Dunstschicht über den Weiden. Auch wenn ich grundsätzlich nicht der große Fan dieser für Südwestdeutschland und auch weite Teile Frankreichs gleichwohl typischen Winterlandschaft bin, erschien mir der Damm unweit des kleinen Örtchens Rougeux im Département Haute-Marne als geeigneter Ort, um die Rückfahrt des samstäglichen CFL-Drahtrollenzuges von Port-d'Atelier nach Blainville zu porträtieren.
Wie erwartet eine gute halbe Stunde vor Plan tauchte dann um zwanzig nach zwei BB 75105 aus dem Akiem-Pool, im Einsatz stehend für CFL cargo France​, mit ihrer Leine durchweg deutscher, überwiegend verkehrsroter Güterwagen in der im Hintergrund sichtbaren Waldschneise auf und rumpelte an drei zufriedenen Fotografen vorbei gen Chalindrey, wo die Lok den Zug umlaufen muss, ehe die Reise zum Zielbahnhof in der Peripherie von Nancy fortgesetzt werden kann. Unterwegs war der willkommene Farbtupfer (die Lok klammern wir dabei einmal großzügig aus...;)) als 63252 (Port-d'Atelier - Blainville-Damelevières).
Grüße gehen an Luc, der an diesem Tag Dienst auf der Lok hatte, sowie das gesamte sympathische Team von CFL Cargo! :)
P.S.: Ein nur teilweise von Gebüsch verdecktes Auto habe ich mittels Photoshop komplett verschwinden lassen.
La BB 75105 exceptionnellement, en tête d'un train de coke de pétrole, venant de Dunkerque Ferry, devant se rendre à Loisy sur Marne, en passant à Châlons en Champagne, est aperçue, sous la grisaille persistante.

The idea to this micro version came after finishing the big falcon (75105) - it's just too massive. You need both hands to fly through your appartment.. sorry, the galaxy, and need more shelfspace than expected. So if I cannot play with the big falcon, now my minifigures can play with a minilennium falcon.

Hello my batfamily.
So as some of you may know i'm doing my own Millennium Falcon but what is a ship without his pilot ??? I was thinking about buying 75105 Han but he doesn't look right so i started doing my own which eventually lead me to do Finn aswell.
Starting with Han he's 100% painted by me no printed mf parts at all,the jacket is a custom made one with construction paper the rest is painted,i think the like-ness to Harrison is there not identical but i think is fine (atleast better than TLG's one),also his blaster is based after the E:VII one.
Now Finn was pretty simple to do,black pants,black shirt..but the jacket was the most interesting part to do aswell as the hair piece.I'm really happy with them overall.
So there ya go guys two possible candidates for #starwarsjacketspeculation & another two members from the "new crew" of the Falcon.

A short rake of tanks pass Lourches, to the east of Soamin, in northern France. I think it may be a trip working to the branch line that comes off the main at Henin-Beaumont, as the reverse working was only a few hours earlier. The train is operated by Lineas, one of the private freight operators in France.
Assuré par la 75105 prise en location par CFL Cargo France, le train de coils à vide Mouzon-Hagondange se présente à Arrancy-sur-Crusne. Suite à l'accident de Beuveille, le train est dévié via Conflans-Jarny.

Just this week, the maple leaves had begun tumbling from trees on the strength of fall's tumultuous winds.
Pour effectuer une série de dessertes en France, CFL Cargo prend en location auprès de la societé de location AKIEM plusieurs BB 75100. La 75105 passe l'église de Villiers devant Mouzon alors qu'elle est en route pour le hal de marchandises d'Arcelor-Mittal Mouzon avec une rame de coils provenant du site d'Ebange.
CFL Cargo verfügt über mehrere bei AKIEM gemietete BB 75100 mit denen das EVU verschiedene Bedienungsfahrten in Frankreich fährt. Darunter befindet sich die Bedienung von Arcelor-Mittal in Mouzon die mehrmals pro Woche Coils aus dem Schwesterwerk in Ebange erhällt.
Am 16.07.18 verlässt die CFL Cargo 75105 den Strasbourger Hafen nachdem sie zuvor 2 Stahlwagen zu Alacier (SZMH Group) gebracht hat.
