Perfect beach, perfect sky, perfect clouds. This is 75 Mile Beach on Fraser Island, Queensland, Australia.
This stretch of golden sand on the east coast of Fraser Island is classified as an official National Highway in Australia and is also a popular landing strip for light aircraft. It is not really a swimming beach due to rough waters and a rather big shark population, it is however a great spot for ocean views and fishing.

Um das Osterwochenende 2023 verkehrten zahlreiche Dampfsonderzüge. Dank der EisenbahnFreundeZollernbahn und deren 50 jähriges Jubiläum auch in Baden-Württemberg. Storzingen waren der Mittelpunkt dieser Veranstaltung und auch gleich Austragungsort des hiesigen Bahnhofsfestes. Von dort aus fanden täglich mehrere Fahrten Richtung Ulm, Tuttlingen und Sigmaringen statt. Einen dieser Züge bespannte die 75 1118, welche hier am Einfahrvorsignal von Storzingen zu sehen ist.

On this day in 1946 the PS Waverley was launched at the Pointhouse yard of A & J Inglis, at the mouth of the River Kelvin and close to the site of the @riversidemuseum It wasn’t until the following year on 20 January 1947 that she was towed to Greenock for the installation of her boiler and engines. Finally she made her maiden voyage on 16 June 1947 and started what has become a very long and illustrious career.
