Inmiddels weet ik wat meer over deze Heremietibissen in onze gemeente.

Het zijn twee jonge mannetjes Heremietibis die samen vanuit Oostenrijk "per ongeluk" onze kant zijn uitgevlogen.
Omdat ik de ring afleesbaar kon zien en op de foto zetten kun je meer info vinden. Zie eerste comment met de detail foto.
Beide mannetjes ring groen-groen/wit-metal KT 1718 en groen oranje/wit metal KT 1721 (Romeo en Fridolin genaamd bij Forschungstelle Konrad Lorenz) lijken me nu in goede conditie en eten in korte tijd veel regenwormen. Heel opmerkelijk hoe ze in korte tijd wel 10 grote regenwormen weten te vinden.

Approaching Ash Street, Fleetwood on its way to the Fleetwood Ferry is Blackpool Balloon Tram 721. Wearing the 90's style livery, this was taken before the windscreens were rebuilt and it still retains the roof windows. Orville is back too ..................... why?

So this is the view from the roof of my new garage. My hair color looks awesome here.
I got out of work last night at 4am. I got up for new job at 6:30am. I went to the bus stop at 7am, the bus was supposed to be there at 7:12. When I looked at my phone at 7:24, I decided it wasn't coming, and even if it was, I wasn't going to be able to catch the second bus, I called for a cab.
Around 7:50 I started crying. No cab, no bus. I was supposed to be at work at 8am, and I hadn't gotten more than 3 blocks from my house. Around 8am, Justin informed me that if I walked a few blocks, I could catch a different bus that would drop me off right outside of my garage. So walk I did. But the sidewalks were nearly solid ice, so it was more of a slide-slip-pull muscles thing.
Got the bus, got to work at 8:30ish. Lauren wasn't mad. Yay.
The new garage? Awesome. I only have like, 5 keys, as opposed to the 15 or more I carried at the old place. There's literally one key that opens EVERY door in the garage. YES! My office is small, and not fully set up yet. I don't have the internet, let alone a power strip to plug my computer into. I don't yet have a fridge or microwave, but they're coming soon.
Oh, and the cab company called me at 9:30 to let me know they'd arrived. Yeah jackasses, good timing.
So, it was a really long and boring day today, I really couldn't do much of anything. I got a shipment from the office supply company, so I got to have office supply christmas. That was kind of the highlight of the day. I mostly played Animal Crossing on the DS. Oh, and got paid for it. Haha.
