Su-17M tail number "42" was originally blue with black edging, since June 2014, red with black edging. Serial number 70304. Built at the aircraft plant number 126 in Komsomolsk-on-Amur in 1974. It entered the museum in 2001 from the 558th aircraft repair plant.
The Su-17 is a Soviet fighter-bomber developed in the first half of the 1960s. The first Soviet aircraft with a variable geometry wing. For three decades it was in service with the USSR Air Force, was widely exported and used in a number of armed conflicts. The Su-17 is the result of a deep modernization of the recently entered service of the Su-7 fighter-bomber. The modernization was aimed at improving the avionics and takeoff and landing characteristics of the aircraft. A technical solution that was gaining popularity at that time was used - a variable geometry wing. Serial production of the Su-17 began in 1969 and lasted until 1990.
Su-17M is the first variant of the Su17 modification, produced in large numbers. Constant improvements to the Su-17 led to an increase in the mass of the structure, which negatively affected the aircraft's flight performance. Therefore, in 1970 it was decided to equip it with a new, more powerful and economical AL-21F-3 engine, developed for the Su-24. It had an increased fuel supply, improved avionics. The first flight of the Su-17M was on December 28, 1971. The aircraft can carry free-fall bombs weighing 100, 250 and 500 kg on 6 external hardpoints; KMG-U containers; NAR S-3K, S-5, S-8, S-13, S-24 and S-25; UR X-23. The cannon armament consists of two 30-mm NR-30 cannons with 80 rounds of ammunition.

Sabarmati (SBI) allocated DLW WDG4D 70304 eases a lengthy train of empty open box wagons [BOXNHL] into Ringas Junction station BG loop where it will be held to cross with a westbound freight service. On the left, a group of students wait to cross the lines to reach the town centre. It was a very long train, totally blocking their progress and they had to eventually walk down to the road crossing just beyond the colour light signals in the background.

Mehrere Tausend Anhänger der rechtspopulistischen und rassistischen AfD marschierten heute durch die Berliner Innenstadt um gegen die ihrer Meinung nach verfehlte Asylpolitik und die Regierung im besonderen zu demonstrieren.Es kam am Rande zu mehreren Übergriffen,wobei anwesende AfD-Sympathisanten vermummt und gewalttätig versuchten auf Gegendemonstranten los zu gehen.Anwesende Polizisten unterbanden dies zwar,ahndeten jedoch die mehrfachen Verstöße gegen das Versammlungsgesetz nicht.Im Gegensatz dazu wurden mehrere Gegendemonstranten sehr brutal und schmerzhaft festgenommen und das meist wegen derselben Delikte welche man den Rechtsradikalen und Nazis durchgehen ließ.Naja der NSU scheint bei den Berliner Polizeibeamten noch nicht bekannt zu sein.Bilder unterliegen dem Copyright.

Luxemburg-Liebknecht Gedenken in Berlin und zuerst gings zum Friedhof der Sozialisten,wie jedes Jahr eine Nelke ablegen und die Parteiführung bei deren Gedenkritualen ablichten.Anschliessend zur Demo geeilt und siehe da,es waren weit mehr als 10000 erschienen.Groß war sie also schon mal die Demo.Stimmung wollte so recht nicht aufkommen.Am Friedhof dann die üblichen Debatten um den leidigen Gedenkstein für die Opfer des Stalinismus und in der Folge stand dann auch eine halbe Hundertschaft grüngewandtete Herren rum und wollte gucken.Keine Auseinandersetzungen in diesem Jahr,was wohl auch daran lag,das die Partei die Linke mit vielen namhaften Mitgliedern den Stein schlicht umstellt hatte und so die stulligen Scharmützel unterband.Nur die lustige Aktion einiger junger menschen,die Kritik am Mißbrauch der Stalinismusdebatte durch Wirtschafts- und Militärverbände übten,wurde durch die Partei auch im Keim erstickt.Naja, wird jedes Jahr auch komischer das ganze.Bilder unterliegen dem Copyright.
125 Nazis verirrten sich Heute auf Einladung der NPD nahc Cottbus und wollten dort ihren gar fragwürdigen Trauermarsch anläßlich der Bombardierng der Stadt durchführen.Durch vielfältige Blockaden konnte dieses Ansinnen schon im Keim erstickt werden und man musste nach wenigen Metern wieder in die heimischen braunen Löchern zurückschlumpfen.Das war nix Ronny,da konnteste noch so laut brüllen und zetern.Bilder unterliegen dem Copyright.
