A relatively clean CP 7002 leads a second train 230 on the approach to Toronto Yard with a trio of even cleaner EMDs trailing 3rd-5th. 9014, 6309, 6231 are fresh from repaint in Mayfield, KY and are headed to Montreal where I'd guess they'll sit for the rest of the winter and emerge in the spring when maintenance season begins.
Last night a line of Thunder Storms passed south of Toronto over the Niagara Peninsula and the south shore of Lake Ontario. I managed to capture a few decent frames. The other 680 just got deleted.
An afternoon eastbound descends from Summit. This view is off of the long gone Bancroft St. Bridge.

Tacoma Rail’s hill job ascends northbound up the former Milwaukee Road mainline known as the mountain division while facing a steep 3% grade in full notch 8.
A treacherous combination of wet rail and a steep incline nearly forced this train to stall the hill. Luckily the short train managed to successfully make it to Fredrickson on its tippy toes and just missed a forced return to Fife by a single rail car.
