On April 12th, 2012, we headed to Moldova. The first train of CFM we met was D1 700 as tren no. 6653 Basarabeasca - Etulia. We took several pictures on its way to Etulia.

The only opportunity that I had to shoot Southern Pacific's short lived fuel tender, the SP #700 was at the W. Colton fuel rack. Seen here next to a trio of visiting Union Pacific SD40-2's in January of 1987.

I'm amazed to have reached this milestone here on flickr, something I never imagined possible. So to all of you who enjoy my work - a huge "thanks!" from me. I treasure each and every one of you.
