La Moretta è un’anatra lunga circa 40 cm che, similmente ad altre anatre del genere Aythya, può occupare corpi idrici con acque molto profonde, nelle quali si immerge fino a 5 o 6 metri di profondità. The bright colours of ladybirds warn predators that they are distasteful, although some birds may still have a go at eating them. As well as their warning colouration, ladybirds also have another defence mechanism: when handled, they release a pungent, yellow substance from their joints (a form of 'controlled bleeding') that can stain the hands.
I love my hellebores, but I think it's a such a shame that the beauty of the flower is hidden by the drooping nature of the plant. A shot from below reveals their true beauty. Edited with a texture to give a botanical feel to my image.

Al Cimitero Monumentale di Milano una statua guarda silenziosa una signora che passa sotto di lei. Per un attimo i loro sguardi si incrociano.
Nello stesso momento a Lumio in Corsica, una folata di vento muove dei fiori gialli sopra il muretto di una villetta. Si sente soltanto il rumore della natura, non si vede nessun essere umano.
Nel frattempo nella valle del Cauca in Colombia, la statuetta di una madonnina guarda l'alba piovosa riempiendosi di gocce fino a essere completamente bagnata.
Intanto a Kosta Percevo in Bulgaria un topolino esce dalla sua tana nel bosco e attraversa la strada deserta per andare alla ricerca di qualcosa da mangiare.
Nello stesso momento a Higashine in Giappone, una carpa koi nuota tranquillamente in un laghetto artificale accanto alla provinciale. Un camion le sfreccia a pochi metri facendo increspare il pelo dell'acqua.
Wczesnym rankiem, gdy słońce wyjrzało już zza pagórków i oświetliło doliny w okolicach Doboju, "Regan" z krótkim pociągiem towarowym mozolnym tempem przetacza się przez zapuszczoną stację Suvo Polje. Po otrzymaniu dokumentów i zezwolenia na dalszą kontynuację jazdy od dyżurnego ruchu, skład ruszył w kierunku Lukavaca. Stacja Suvo Polje jak więszkość stacji na linii Doboj - Lukavac - Tuzla nie posiada semaforów wyjazdowych, sygnał zezwalający podawany jest przez dyżurnego ruchu za pomocą "lizaka" , bądź zwykłego machnięcia ręką.
