I took this shot with my old Canon EOS 450D with Sigma 10-20mm!!

Nice to see this out and about on a sunny Saturday morning. A little while earlier I saw a very nice '70s S-Class Mercedes.
Low mileage, as expected by the condition. Just 54,185 at its most recent MoT, when the tester got rather carried away with the advisories.
Looks to have been last sold by BMW specialists Old Colonel Cars in August 2021.
I'm not really a BMW person but I found this very appealing. Had a chat with the owner, he bought it direct from someone in Frankfurt and DVLA shows it being first registered here in September 2022.
Pretty much the bottomof the range, but still looked like an elegant and good quality piece of machinery.
A BMW 5 series getting on in its years. Maybe a little worse for the wear, but still making it happen on the track. He was right next to me in the paddock at Atlanta Motorsports Park.

Not only is this a cool-looking 5series with nice M-wheels and a subtle lowering. It's also sporting a weird license plate, referrting to Gypsies.

Had a pleasant chat with the owner of this very nice example. The Luxury trim level made it more well-equipped than I'd have expected for a small-engined 5-series of this age, although I think there had been some parts fitted from other cars.
