Nankartshang Peak was our first 5k peak ever and let me tell you: the altitude does impact your body! Literally 5m (!) away from the top I had to stop for a minute to recover! And it was one of many breaks on this 600m ascent. I thought that if you walk slowly, you can always keep going, but this trek proved I was wrong...

The inaugural CougarRun 5K and Fun Run on April 9, 2016 raised more than $20,000 in scholarships for Collin College students. Special thanks to honorary chair Carly Patterson, who is an Olympic champion and a Collin alum!
041014: Washington, DC: The 2014 Police Week 5k was held on May 10th. A very large group from CBP ran this year inclulding: CBP Acting Deputy Commissioner Kevin McAleenan and Border Patrol Chief Michael Fisher.

Another great Saturday morning in Baton Rouge! Very happy to help bring the FREE 5k hosted by Humana and the Rock'n'Roll Marathon Series to our city. A huge thanks goes to all the local and out of town participants and volunteers. It is only with your help that our event was so successful!
