These new curbcuts were constructed well within Architectural Access Board standards: the cross slope at the far side was .5 and the run 7.5. The curb closest to the camera measured: cross slope1.2% and the curb run slope: 3.2%. There are no gaps betwen the curb and the street; the curb meets the street pretty flush, and the tactile strips on both sides extend the width of the curbcut, are oriented so that wheels can travel in between the raised tactile bumps, and this tactile strip will steer a Blind pedestrian in the correct direction, across to the curb exactly opposite. Good job!
