Talking about the Pentacon 3.5/30 vintage lens. It may be half a century old, but optically it is a true 'generalist'. You can use it for any situation as long as the light is good. I prefer this lens to be wide open, as here. But that is a personal choice.
Loud silence...

Mi sono alzato alle 5.30 AM stamattina... in cerca di luce. C'è un lungo momento in cui la mente smette di pensare e assorbe i colori della natura come se fossero suoni e vibrazioni. In assoluto silenzio.
Buon sabato :)

5/30: April 2019: A month in 30 pictures
I was out for the day today. We went to the Ideal Home Exhibition in Olympia. I took my camera and got this just in case shot on the train. I love the 'stupid little biscuit' that this company give with a drink. I love that it's pink too.
This morning when I left for the gym at 5:30 it was a brisk 30 degrees outside. When I arrived my regular class was set up for circuit training which I usually like but my heart wasn't there today so I joined the Zumba class. Great start to the day. Now I'm trying to stay warm and am sipping some yummy Yogi Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy Tea. The message on my tea bag was "Live to share" so see I am living it - sharing the message, sharing my image and if you were closer I'd share some tea with you too. Oh yeah, and this fantastic mug was made by a very talented artist, Maxx Cohen.
Happy Monochrome Bokeh Thursday!

Happy Easter everyone.
A personal photo project exploring light, stillness, and everyday beauty during the dark season.
I share a few images each week — small moments that make the darkness feel alive.
The idea is to have 30 images in this project by the New Year
After a week of rain and cloudy skies, today was the a beautiful clear day (until about 5.30 when it started raining again). I took this photo in our garden, looking up at our neighbour's Japanese maple hanging over the fence.
This is one of the exact centers of the universe & it's in charge of a lot of the beautiful & amazing things we'll take for granted in the future.

Abby and I went for a morning walk to see what we could see. She collected a few sticks and watched some tiny bugs making their way through the city. I watched her and was amazed by her wonder and enjoyment at such simple things. It was a very good morning, one I will treasure always.
