I was watching some stilts on a rainy morning at Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, UT, when this guy motored by.

Handsome male robin singing his heart out. He's in what I guess must be an apple tree that I can see behind my backyard fence. (This pic was invited to “In Explore” but it must have disappeared from explore before the scout could find it. Huh! I certainly saw a bunch of pix that are in the group when I looked at Explore yesterday eve, but not this one.)

Yes, just a rainy dark roster, but I didn't think that I would be seeing this unit today and lucked out.

I never would have imagined that the "C&O Heritage Unit" would have made it into Canada or that the patches would have made it long on the unit either...so this was sweet.
