残雪と春を一度に味わいました。
山はまだ雪深く、氷のような雪のゲレンデを多くのスキーヤーが滑っていました。
早春を撮るには時期が遅く、
山に登るには早すぎました。
アイゼン付けて、木々と雪の斜面をあちこちうろついて、時が過ぎてしまいました。
初めての場所を一度訪れただけで撮ろうということは甘い考えだと、いつも反省です。

Cremation activities at Harishchandra Ghat, the smaller of the two main burning ghats of Varanasi, during an afternoon boat ride on the Ganges, Varanasi, India.
Later that evening the 3 fox cubs emerged for a run around the garden - here are 2 bonding. Mum had obviously declared the area safe from her earlier visit.
Back in Cheyenne and at long last flowers and roses are blooming. My wife does wonders with plants even in the challenging Wyoming environment and windy weather.
Yes, it's a re-tread (previously posted) but perhaps worth another try: a Monon C420, RS2 (515….) head a southbound freight on the C&WI near 117th St. and Torrence Ave. On my first return home since starting college in Tulsa, I had to get a lungful of the steel mills, and an eyeful of the spiderweb of railroads that reached south and east of Lake Michigan.
