16th July 2017 - Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress '44-85784' of B-17 Preservation Ltd. This aircraft is named 'Sally B' but also wears the legend of 'Memphis Belle' on her starboard side after being used in the film of the same name. This is the first time i've seen her in over 10 years and made an incredible addition to this years Air Tattoo flying display.

Once again 44 060 with a regional train captured by me with perfect lighting conditions, moments before sunset. However, the photo is almost 10 years old - from 3 September 2013. This time 44 060 was captured while leading regional train 40117 over Yantra river near the town of Byala in Northern Bulgaria.
Afgelopen week werd een bezoek gebracht aan Bulgarije, een land waar nog veel te ontdekken valt en waar nog veel oud spul rondrijdt. Zoals deze type 44, waarvan er in de jaren '70 89 door Skoda gebouwd werden. De 44 151 is met BV 7620 op weg van Sofia naar Vidin. De trein nadert op zijn 3h43' durende rit het station van Levishte, waar zich een van de mooiste fotopunten van het land bevindt. Rechts in het dal is de rivier Iskar te zien.

A nemrégiben újraindult Ruse-Razpredelitelna - Sofia-Sever (4611) viszonylatú gyorsvonat közelít Thompson megállóhoz.
A bolgár vasút teljesen új arcát mutatja. A szerelvény élén egy frissen felújított Skoda 68E díszeleg, a kocsik pedig használtan érkeztek Németországból.
A BDŽ a DB 76 jó állapotú, IC1-es távolsági járművére csapott le még márciusban. A kocsikat több részletben szállították új otthonukba, Magyarországon keresztül. A használt vagonok főként a távolsági vonatokban közlekednek, az eddiginél jóval magasabb színvonalat biztosítva.
Both dog and owner were having fun in the cool waters of the beach. Owner was getting needed exercise throwing the stick and the dog enjoyed retrieving it from the waves.
