Neben den beiden lokbespannten Garnituren der WEE ist auch DB Regio mit einem 425 im Ersatzverkehr auf der Riesbahn tätig. 425 052 war am 28.03.2023 als RB 57659 von Aalen nach Donauwörth unterwegs und wurde am Evsig Möttingen verewigt.
Mit dem verspäteten Centrum/Essers KLV war 186 425 am 1.9. nach Passau unterwegs und konnte bei Langenisarhofen abgelichtet werden.

Now that's it the 25th of April, it's time for some C425 action. MHWA 2456 works the Griffiss Industrial Park in Rome, New York on a crisp Winter afternoon. This ALCO Century was built just a few hours away in Schenectady for the Erie-Lackawanna in 1964.

I had not photographed a train since November 12, 2021. I went out to catch the LA&L on February 18, 2022. They had an early crew start so I had to go with the Southbound run from the RSR Brooks Yard to Lakeville, since I worked in the morning. That is a bonus for me, as I don't normally get to chase the train going South. I always wanted this shot of a Southbound moving through the ess curves at Pole Bridge Road in Avon, NY. LA&L 425 - 428 - 433 have 38 cars in tow near the end of a good day and chase.
