Isconar 4/100 Rastblende, schwarz lackierte Messingfassung im schwarz/chrom-Ringdesign, rechtsläufige Entfernungseinstellung ohne Geradführung.
Bereits 1956 eingeführte 3linsige Nachfolgeversion des Westar 4,5/100 in veränderter Fassung. Das 100er Isconar wurde in dieser Ausführung einige Jahre gebaut.
Die Daten: 3 Linsen, Rastblende 4-22, Bildwinkel 24°, Filtergewinde 41mm, Naheinstellbereich ab 1,5m.

Should we romanticize phone booths under the rain?
Trying out a new skin, and my brows from babyboo made me fall in love even more with my current look! Soft yet natural looking, I truly love how it enhances my features. Babyboo also served this pose for me to get inspired by this rainfall photohoot!

Y, por fin, amaneció...
Cuando abrimos los ojos a la luz del nuevo día el paisaje resultó completamente diferente a lo que esperábamos.
En nuestra anterior incursión islandesa todas las playas (las pocas que visitamos) eran negras como el tizón. Hoy, sin embargo, nos desperezamos ante una preciosa playa de arenas doradas. Nos recordó a nuestras costas cantábricas. Estábamos como en casa.
Después de un desayuno bien cumplido y tras enfundarnos nuestro disfraz de capas con súperpoderes antifrío salimos a caminar dispuestos a observar las focas que con tanto detalle anunciaba el cartel de la víspera.
Avanzamos por el camino que nos llevaba hasta la orilla cargados de cámaras e ilusión a partes iguales.

Christ initiates his people into his work. The term “liturgy” comes from leitourgia, which meant a work (ergeia) done by a few on behalf of a people (laos). Christ did a work for the reconciliation of mankind, and that work is now shared by his liturgical apprentices. The work done at liturgy by Christ’s holy people is the perpetuation of Christ’s own sacrificial priesthood. His life in the Father is shared with his people, and spiritually active by the power of the third person of the Trinity. This is a people called out—which is the meaning of the Greek word for Church, ekklesia—we are called out by Christ, for Christ, through Christ, around Christ, under Christ, or, best of all, “with Christ.”

Eigentlich waren wir für die leere Kohle mit der 232 426-7 nach Leipzig-Großzschocher gefahren, jedoch kam im Block dahinter noch ein verspäteter Zuckerzug nach Zeitz mit 232 512-4. Schöne Lokalität und ein feiner Zug...was will man mehr?
After the stunt with the 232 426-7 there was still a late running sugar train bound for Zeitz. And then you got a spot like Leipzig-Großzschocher you just chill and wait....for 232 512-4.

Given that parts of the U.S. and Canada are caught in the grip of record breaking cold, I decided to go for something warmer today. This textured, painterly rendition of the 4 Queens Hotel and Casino was taken on a warm night in May a few years ago in downtown Las Vegas.
