The amount of blood was obviously exegarated to give the viewer the feel of the brutality implied in this massacre.
It was entirely done in 3D Sudio Max 9.0 with VRay renderer

the steel plate was also laser cut to the correct angle and the structural tabs were welded into place by way of our computer drawings to complete the angle.
