This is the finished photo of the façade upgrade of the Borsini-Burr Art Gallery on the California coast in Montara, CA; a destination gallery in the heart of the most beautiful coastal views in the country. By using a jewel-toned color palette as well as an arcing valance over the center of the entry, I-5 helped to create an exterior ambiance that reflects the coastal feel. We also created a new logo and typestyle that makes an elegant statement and functions well in the signage application. To see more examples of Retail Design view our project portfolio.
This is one of the conceptual designs that I-5 Design and Manufacture created for the interior of this casino. To mark the Cashier area, we designed dimensional letters to be mounted onto a custom inlaid metal valance structure that houses concealed LED up-lighting. Suspended from the center of the vaulted ceiling, are custom amber mica chandeliers with galloping horse figurines, which add to the nature theme of the casino. This is the conceptual 3D design of the entrance to the cashier area of the Lucky Seven Casino located in Smith River California. To tie into the nature in the area, I-5 Design and Manufacture created this scenic themed design which included ‘Lodge-style’ décor elements such as artistic ‘Red-wood’ wall murals, custom mica chandeliers, wood columns with rock bases, and more. This is the conceptual rendering that I-5 Design and Manufacture created for the entrance into the Bingo Room at the Comanche Nation Casino. Large stone veneer columns flank both sides of the doors and a tiered overhang with various specialty metal finishes is cantilevered from above, with wild horse silhouettes to add interest and tie into the rest of the new décor.
