Im Jahre 2023 war im Südwesten der Blumengießer zeitweise im gemischten Pärchen mit 218 und 212 bespannt. Am 29. Mai 2023 stand eine abendliche Runde an, da auf manchen Strecken tagsüber schlichtweg keine Trassen für Hg 40/50 vorhanden sind. Start- und Endpunkt war Rottweil, über Villingen ging es nach Hausach und Freudenstadt, ehe man über Horb wieder nach Rottweil fuhr.
Wenige Kilometer nach Beginn der Fahrt auf Höhe von Lauffen erwartete ich die Fahrwegdienste 218 208 und 212 347 als Bauz 95102 (Rottweil - Hausach) im sanften Abendlicht.
