123 Pictures in 2023 #13 "Bowls"

This is a stack of bowls in a kitchen cabinet. I use them for everything from eating soups to cooking prep. They are just the right size for whipping up a couple of eggs for scrambled eggs.

Public transport on the Brisbane River, Brisbane, Queensland.

I went to Bosque del Apache for the Sandhill Cranes. There were, of course, lots of other birds and mammals, but for me, it was all about the cranes I'd only seen occasionally through my life, and always from afar. The cranes did not disappoint. There were a few stragglers leaving this roosting area pond on this early morning, so I stayed on this bird for liftoff.

Wondering about all the out-of-focus white stuff, looks like it's snowing? - those are feathers, my friends...
