En una de mis fotografías comenté que cuando éramos pequeñas, mis hermanas y yo, jugábamos en un columpio que tenían mis abuelos en una finca dedicada a las uvas. Las vendimias eran una auténtica fiesta para nosotros.
Cada vez que paso al lado de estos columpios, no puedo evitar acordarme de aquel otro que tan buenos ratos me hizo vivir.

The 1936 Packard Four-Door Convertible (commonly designated as a convertible sedan or phaeton style) was a pinnacle of luxury engineering during the Fourteenth Series. Available on chassis like the mid-range [120/120B] or senior Super Eight and Twelve lines, it featured an inline-eight or V12 engine, suicide doors, and elegant folding soft-tops.
Design and Specifications
Body Style: Four-door convertible sedan featuring roll-up side glass and a folding canvas top.
Engines: Ranged from a 282 cu in straight-eight (120 hp) in the One-Twenty up to massive straight-eights and V12s in senior models.
Transmission: 3-speed manual floor shift.
Suspension: Independent front suspension (on the 120 series).
Price: Originally priced around $1,395 for the 120 convertible sedan up to much higher figures for custom coachbuilt senior models.
A bit of a silk purse from an underwhelming sunset. Not the kind of shot I expected to be taking but needs must and adapting is key.
In the beginning it would have been completely impossible to have Buba sit down right in the middle of the woods and patiently wait for me to take her photo.
But after years of training we've come to a point where we can do this kind of thing without Buba storming off to chase some critter up and down our seven mountains.
Which of course doesn't mean she's not interested any more. Her prey drive is as strong as ever, and her range of expressions when listening and looking and scanning the forest is a world unto itself...
