Noch bis zum Wochenende verkehren auf der Rheinschiene Eurocities aus dem Norden Deutschlands in die Schweiz.
Dann endet das Kapitel der internatiolnalen lokbespannten Fernverkehrszüge auf dieser Relation.
Am 16. Dezember 2022 lockte Schnee in der Rheinebene und die Tatsache das die 50 Jahre IC Werbelok 101 110 am EC9 den Fotografen nahe Riegel.
Dort konnte EC 9 (Hamburg Altona - Zürich HB) kurz vor Licht aus, in winterlicher Atmosphäre festgehalten werden.
