Day 32/365 "Got milk??"
One more idea ticked off in my "Ideas for Project 365" Book. This is what I wanted to do yesterday but didn't get the chance to. When I went back to it today the field was cut (what a bummer) wish it was the way I had left it :( but apart from that I'm somewhat pleased with it. Feels like I'm getting my mojo back. Slowly but surely. I'm trying not to let , my creativity be limited by my equipment but it's hard sometimes but still I'll persevere.

MARS_32 [40 points]
Behind every space invader there is a story of the real space invader fan. I actually still remember most of the space invaders I have found (over 1600 flashed and I guess around 1700 found without being able to flash them because the app did not exist yet). MARS_32 is a special case. From my first hunt I thought it would be on the military marine terrain at the end of the Rue des Catalans. But I really had to look closer to the Palais du Pharo on a small road that leads to a small harbor and workshop. And there it was, after three walks in 2022, 2023 and this summer evening.
This space invader is part of the 4th wave of Invader in this city, where he added a whopping 84 new space invaders to the existing 13 from three previous waves (two in 2004, one in 2014) in August 2020.

*Misanthropy was initially contacted by the curator of "32 Inch Canvas", Mike Grimes, within regards to hosting the show; unfortunately with October being such a busy month with the installation and work of local Vancouver artist "the dark" as well as the closing installment of the "…but I will remain," Johnny Cash Memorial group show/ N.American tour we had to decline, but offered our assistance with both the curatorial statement as well as the adding of some of our represented artists.

Most rainy days in Seattle have dry periods here and there, but it was raining ALL day on the 1st. I eventually forced myself to go out to mail a couple cards and get a picture of the calendar page. The page got rained on a bit, but I was happier with this shot than I was with the ones I tried of it indoors. (Calendar by Eye Poetry Photography.)
