Chasing 233, Ben Hatfield hit 113 not out (14 fours, two sixes) after featuring in a stand of 164 with Olly Grantham (72) for the first Beverley Town wicket. Anthony Spence was unbeaten on 32. Three dropped catches didn't help Folkton & Flixton's cause as the hosts reached 233-1 by hitting a six off the last ball of the 42nd over.
Earlier, put in, Folkton & Flixton laboured to 100-5, opener Will Hutchinson contributing 34, before Will Norman (54 in 61 balls) and Max Harland (52 in 51) put on 96 for the sixth wicket. The visitors completed their 50 overs, totalling 232-9. Thomas Haytack took 3-36, captain Jamie Roe 3-56 (including two wickets in consecutive deliveries). It looked as though Beverley had let the visitors off the hook. In the event, the run chase was plain sailing.
After that afternoon's round of games, leaders Sessay (446 points, 22.30 average), like Beverley eyeing a return to ECB standard cricket, remain the likely champions. Folkton & Flixton (370, 19.47) drop to fourth, with Malton & Old Malton (410, 20.50) leapfrogging them into third. Beverley, still second, are now on 402, 21.16.

Yes, the answer for Day 1 puzzle is "grilled salmon". Hahaha fairygodmamao was wicked enough to mislead players into thinking it was CHICKEN!! It was no CHICKEN!! It was a FISH!! I think i m a "genius" like wad some nbors said. Lol. But Panda FunE is a greater genius. She saw through the trick first and gave me the right answer but at the wrong time!! What a pity!! Panda gave this right answer only after she posted her first. Uh oh! So sorry Panda. No changing of answer is allowed. So think carefully first before posting. I really enjoyed n lol over all the messages received. They r so funny. Caro couldn't figure out the second word. She too was tricked. Now shes looking forward to day2 puzzle. C'sBaby was totally stumped n asked for additional alphabets while Jace said his brain is working overtime. Bonnie said its too tricky while Bubs totally forgot about the game despite reminders. She's busy designing to meet birthday dateline. Too bad! 1 non nbor Grace took part but her msg dropped off my wall n I couldn't reach her. Searched all over, just couldn't locate her. Bingo! yes, the answer for day2 puzzle is "security guard". Wow PandaFunE knocked me out within minutes!!! Ricky Bobby's confession made me lol lol n lol till i almost fell off my seat. Its not your fault Ricky. When C'sBaby posted, i was on the half of the world sleeping. You r just lucky. BINGO! Day4 answer is " grand canyon" and Awesome Aidan's Acres solved it within minutes!! How could u? It took me days to set up all the tricks n trips!! Hahaha. Although Aidan's Acres was down with only 20 pts, but that 1st n right answer won her an outright 100 pts!! Yes! Her total score of 120 earned her the CHAMPION of this Challenge!! Dear nbors, this is the hunting for mamaos game. See the 25 boxes. Everyday, I will hide in one of them for you to hunt. U can pick any 3 boxes to see if I m in one of them. If u can find me, you win 30 pts. If not, 10 pts wil be deducted. Among the 25 boxes, 5 are treasure boxes n 5 are booby traps with 10 pts each and a MIGHTY BOMB which will cost u 30 pts!! If yr 3 numbers happen to be the treasure boxes, u win 10 pts EACH! Similarly, if they are the booby traps, 10 pts EACH will be deducted and if one of yr numbers is the MIGHTY BOMB, it will blow away 30 pts. Sounds scary right? The gnome will be used as mamao, dogbowl as treasures, barrels as booby traps and fire pit as the MIGHTY BOMB. Yes yes yes, hunting for mamao started on 2 May at 12 pm. Participants hv 24 hrs to post answer on my farmwall. I will only post my answer after the 24 hr dateline. Hohoho, one day before the game was given the official start, a few nbors already started posting their answers!! Must be very eager to hunt mamao and the treasures!! As for Lucky Dong, he made me lol lol n lol. He gave me his three days answers all at one go!!! Hmmmm. Guess he is even more eager to get hold of mamao n the treasures. Yikes. Day 2 of Game :-
Oh boy!! Day1 mamao was hiding in box 19 and no one was able to hunt her down!! For that, every player had 10 pts deducted. The treasures were in boxes 2, 7, 11, 14, 20, the booby traps in boxes 6, 8, 9, 10, 16 and the mighty Bomb was in box 4!! Mucky neez was the first to post her answer and unfortunately was also the first to be hit by the mighty bomb!! As for Caro, the moment I saw her number 4, it was like, omg, the bomb knew her name alright and I just went lol lol lol n rofl. Caro, why didnt u get the hint!! I put the mighty bomb in box 4 and you still chose it!! Mucky neez was a newcomer, but you shud hv known crooked mamao by now. Hahaha. But you are such fun my dear. As for Moose Mooosie, her eyelids were drooping when she chose the numbers and she hit the mighty bomb spot on!!! Sorry dear. Better luck tmr. As for Lucky Dong, he had some important matters to handle n was unable to play the game daily. Hence, the 3days' advance answers. Hahaha. Explanation accepted!! However, he wil not be eligible for the extra bonus of 30pts. Fair right? A few players managed to find some treasures while many bumped into the booby traps!! Bingo!! Day2 mamao was in box 23!! Caro! Your "STAND CLEAR EVERYBODY" frightened me out of my box and sent me scurrying for dear life!! Thought u gonna blow my whole farm up!! But!! U are a millisecond slower than Creedence. Yes yes yes, Creedence was just too quick and with one mighty swoop, she caught hold of mamao first!! Sounds like shes the mighty eagle in the "famous" bale art story right? Hahaha. Million congrats to u my dear. With 140 pts, Creedence is now in the lead followed closely by Caro n Bonnie who found 3 treasures, which is just as good as finding mamao!! Mrs Earth put all her coins on the table n unfortunately all were blown away by the mighty bomb!! Yes, the bomb was in box 14, the treasures in box 1, 6, 13, 21, 22 and the booby traps in box 4, 5, 10, 18, 25. Dun give up Mrs Earth. Go put all yr gems, dogbowls, mansion n whatever on the table. The Final Hunt Down :-
Hohoho, mamao is in box 2, the treasures in box 4, 13, 16, 18, 24, the booby traps in box 5, 11, 16, 17,21 and the mighty bomb in box 1. All was calm. No one found mamao and no one stepped on the mighty bomb. Although Caro was scattered to pieces by the mighty bomb on Day1, she picked herself up very quickly and with a mighty STAND CLEAR EVERYONE, she emerged the CHAMPION of this game!! Yay!! Bravo!! You are so awesome Caro!! As for Creedence, she stepped on 2 booby traps n lost the lead to Caro. Sorry dear. I must thank everyone for taking time to play this game. I hope you all had a fun time. As for me, I really enjoyed the game especially when someone was "kaboomed" by the mighty bomb. Hahaha. Horrid mamao. Dear nbors, this is the hunting for mamaos game. See the 25 boxes. Everyday, I will hide in one of them for you to hunt. U can pick any 3 boxes to see if I m in one of them. If u can find me, you win 30 pts. If not, 10 pts wil be deducted. Among the 25 boxes, 5 are treasure boxes n 5 are booby traps with 10 pts each and a MIGHTY BOMB which will cost u 30 pts!! If yr 3 numbers happen to be the treasure boxes, u win 10 pts EACH! Similarly, if they are the booby traps, 10 pts EACH will be deducted and if one of yr numbers is the MIGHTY BOMB, it will blow away 30 pts. Sounds scary right? The gnome will be used as mamao, dogbowl as treasures, barrels as booby traps and fire pit as the MIGHTY BOMB. So let's see who will get trapped or bombed while having fun hunting for mamao n treasures. Hahaha.
Day 1 of game :-
Yes yes yes, hunting for mamao started on 2 May at 12 pm. Participants hv 24 hrs to post answer on my farmwall. I will only post my answer after the 24 hr dateline. Hohoho, one day before the game was given the official start, a few nbors already started posting their answers!! Must be very eager to hunt mamao and the treasures!! As for Lucky Dong, he made me lol lol n lol. He gave me his three days answers all at one go!!! Hmmmm. Guess he is even more eager to get hold of mamao n the treasures. Yikes. Please note that this will be my last game. I hv uploaded this game in the crazy n cool farm with special dedication to all players. So let's hv fun. Gd luck players! Go, everyone, go go go!!

Day 2 of Game :-
Oh boy!! Day1 mamao was hiding in box 19 and no one was able to hunt her down!! For that, every player had 10 pts deducted. The treasures were in boxes 2, 7, 11, 14, 20, the booby traps in boxes 6, 8, 9, 10, 16 and the mighty Bomb was in box 4!! Mucky neez was the first to post her answer and unfortunately was also the first to be hit by the mighty bomb!! As for Caro, the moment I saw her number 4, it was like, omg, the bomb knew her name alright and I just went lol lol lol n rofl. Caro, why didnt u get the hint!! I put the mighty bomb in box 4 and you still chose it!! Mucky neez was a newcomer, but you shud hv known crooked mamao by now. Hahaha. But you are such fun my dear. As for Moose Mooosie, her eyelids were drooping when she chose the numbers and she hit the mighty bomb spot on!!! Sorry dear. Better luck tmr. As for Lucky Dong, he had some important matters to handle n was unable to play the game daily. Hence, the 3days' advance answers. Hahaha. Explanation accepted!! However, he wil not be eligible for the extra bonus of 30pts. Fair right? A few players managed to find some treasures while many bumped into the booby traps!! Bingo!! Day2 mamao was in box 23!! Caro! Your "STAND CLEAR EVERYBODY" frightened me out of my box and sent me scurrying for dear life!! Thought u gonna blow my whole farm up!! But!! U are a millisecond slower than Creedence. Yes yes yes, Creedence was just too quick and with one mighty swoop, she caught hold of mamao first!! Sounds like shes the mighty eagle in the "famous" bale art story right? Hahaha. Million congrats to u my dear. With 140 pts, Creedence is now in the lead followed closely by Caro n Bonnie who found 3 treasures, which is just as good as finding mamao!! Mrs Earth put all her coins on the table n unfortunately all were blown away by the mighty bomb!! Yes, the bomb was in box 14, the treasures in box 1, 6, 13, 21, 22 and the booby traps in box 4, 5, 10, 18, 25. Dun give up Mrs Earth. Go put all yr gems, dogbowls, mansion n whatever on the table. It's all or nothin!! Go, go, go everyone!! Gd luck.

The Final Hunt Down :-
Hohoho, mamao is in box 2, the treasures in box 4, 13, 16, 18, 24, the booby traps in box 5, 11, 16, 17,21 and the mighty bomb in box 1. All was calm. No one found mamao and no one stepped on the mighty bomb. Although Caro was scattered to pieces by the mighty bomb on Day1, she picked herself up very quickly and with a mighty STAND CLEAR EVERYONE, she emerged the CHAMPION of this game!! Yay!! Bravo!! You are so awesome Caro!! As for Creedence, she stepped on 2 booby traps n lost the lead to Caro. Sorry dear. I must thank everyone for taking time to play this game. I hope you all had a fun time. As for me, I really enjoyed the game especially when someone was "kaboomed" by the mighty bomb. Hahaha. Horrid mamao.
