A super wide view of Nymphenburg Palace as seen from the east with some impressive clouds above.
Schloss Nymphenburg is a palace located in the west of Munich and one of the main tourist attractions of the city, with yearly over 300,000 visitors,
The palace is the main summer residence of the House of Wittelsbach, former rulers of Bavaria.
Commisioned in 1664, the central building in the style of an Italian Villa was completed in 1675. Gradually the sides were added and the current appearance was reached in 1716.

The 300 (or so) steps from the square outside our apartment to the Alfama district with its ancient castle overlooking the city.... another reason that people in Lisbon are in such great shape.
Train 300 rolls eastward with Castle Mountain looming the in background. Taking inspiration from a shot of Nicholas Morants here at Johnston Creek, minus the scaffolding I wanted to shoot this different angle of Castle Mountain that not many people seem to shoot.

I never thought, when I started posting my pics on Flickr, I'd have 30 followers, much less 300! Thank you all so much for following me and supporting me. I absolutely love doing these photos and the fact that you all love them too makes me over the moon happy! Happy Holiday's! ♥
Number 300 of my 365 photo challenge - A split-toned, focus stacked, macro image of some very aged Pinwheel mushrooms growing low down in the forest floor.
I know I have done similar shots like this already but this stack was a particular challenge and I feel that the result is one of my best focus stacks to date. There are still some mistakes in the image and any advice on how to alter subtle details in Photoshop's auto blend would be most appreciated.
At number 300, I can really see the light at the end of the tunnel with regard to the challenge! :-)

Op 19 juni 2019 reed V 300 004 (voorheen DB 232 429) met een beladen zandtrein van Kayna richting Schmirchau tussen Frankenau en Baldenhain. Het zand wordt gebruikt om de "gaten" in het landschap veroorzaakt door mijnbouw (winning van uranium en bruinkool) op te vullen. Deze spoorlijn is particulier bezit van de Starkenberger Baustoff Werke. Dat geldt ook voor het spoorwegmaterieel.
