Da der DGS59809 im Bahnhof Goslar dem Regionalverkehr Vorrang gewähren musste, konnte er noch ein zweites Mal fotografiert werden. Am BÜ Steinfeld rollt der Zug durch das Okertal in Richtung Vienenburg.
Since DGS59809 had to give priority to regional traffic at Goslar station, it could be photographed a second time. At Steinfeld station, the train rolls through the Oker valley towards Vienenburg.
Kurz bevor V330.1 den Zielbahnhof in Ilsenburg erreicht, konnte sie das Nebelfeld hinter sich lassen. So rollte der EZK53845 die letzten Kilometer im herrlichen Herbstlicht durch den Vorharz.
Shortly before V330.1 reached the destination station in Ilsenburg, it was able to leave the patch of fog behind. Therefore, EZK53845 rolled the last kilometres through the foothills of the Harz Mountains in the glorious autumn light.

After a bit of a wait, 250 rolls across the 1200' long trestle in Onawa, led by CP SD70ACu 7020, the first of CP's military units to run over the CMQ. Borestone Mountain can be seen looming in the distance to the right of the train, while some lingering fall colors add some nice color to the hillside.
Am Morgen des 16.07. hatte V330.5 die Aufgabe den DGS59809 von Salzgitter-Hütte Süd nach Ilsenburg zu befördern. Um halb acht dröhnte der Blue Tiger mit seinem schweren Zug durch Othfresen und riss dabei sicherlich einige der Anwohner aus dem Sonntagsschlaf.
On the morning of 16 July, V330.5 had the task of hauling DGS59809 from Salzgitter-Hütte Süd to Ilsenburg. At half past seven, the Blue Tiger roared through Othfresen with its heavy train and certainly jolted some of the local residents out of their Sunday sleep.
Led by a trio of action red SD40-2s, 250 is passing over what used to be the east siding switch at Tarratine, With the increase in track speeds west of Tarratine, CP has brushed back most crossings to improve the line of sight for motor vehicles, including the crossing at Tarratine, which was cut back to the rock ledges east of the crossing.
The first of CP's script heritage units to make it over the Moosehead is seen leading 250 east at Moosehead, crossing the East Outlet of Moosehead Lake. The last couple weeks CP has been sending some pretty nice consists of power over here, between pairs of action red SD40-2s, CMQ barns, and heritage SD70s.
Am Abend des 4.6.22 war V330.8 mit einem Sonderstahlzug im Vorharz unterwegs. Da dieser erst kurz vor 18Uhr ab Ilsenburg fuhr, konnte der BÜ Steinfeld bei Vienenburg einmal aus einer anderen Perspektive umgesetzt werden. Planmäßig verkehrt leider kein Güterzug im passenden Zeitfenster.

As this train left Ilsenburg shortly before 6pm, the Steinfeld railway crossing near Vienenburg could be seen from a different perspective. Unfortunately, there are no scheduled freight trains in the appropriate time slot.
V330.2 hat den täglichen Stahlbrammenzug EZK 53845 von Salzgitter Hütte Süd nach Ilsenburg am Zughaken. Hier rollt der Blue Tiger mit seinem schweren Zug an der klassischen Sicherungstechnik des Bahnhofs Oker vorüber.

With a pair of SD40-2s for power, 250 is seen crossing the east outlet of the Kennebec River at Moosehead late in the afternoon. The 250 symbol has since been abolished, replaced with 142 instead, although the counterpart westbound still runs as 251.

Thanks to some brush cutting recently, the ledges at Tarratine have been opened back up, although there's one code line pole that needs to be leveled. That, combined with the new 250 schedule, have allowed for some "new" shots that weren't previously possible, outside of the rare severely off schedule train. AC44CWM 8129 is leading SD70ACU 7045 with a small train as they make an easy climb up the hill out of Tarratine,
Kurz vor Blankenburg konnte der DGS 95331 ein drittes Mal fotografiert werden. Bei Börnecke rollt V330.3 mit ihren Kalkkübelwagen nun bereits durch die ersten hügeligen Ausläufer des Harzes. Ab Blankenburg Nord werden die Wagen dann elektrisch über die Rübelandbahn zur Beladung zu den Felswerken gebracht.
Shortly before Blankenburg, DGS 95331 could be photographed a third time. Near Börnecke, V330.3 with its lime bucket wagons is now already rolling through the first foothills of the Harz.From Blankenburg Nord, the wagons are then brought with electric traction over the Rübelandbahn to the loading at the Fels Werke.

An unusually early 250 is seen crossing the Onawa Trestle with Borestone Mountain behind. With the Barns days numbered, it decided to brave the heat and make the trek into Onawa for the favorable morning light. CMQ 9011 leads CP 8579, CP 8615, and 108 slowly across the bridge. Their counterpart job 251 is waiting for them at Brownville and will head west as soon as they clear the main.
V330.2 ist mit dem EZK 53846 auf dem Weg von Ilsenburg zum Rangierbahnhof Seelze. In der südlichen Einfahrt des Bahnhofs Oker passiert sie das Werk der Harz-Metal GmbH.
V330.2 is on its way from Ilsenburg to Seelze marshalling yard with the EZK 53846. In the railway yard of Oker, it passes the Harz-Metal GmbH factory.
V330.1 der Havelländischen Eisenbahn hat soeben Blankenburg mit dem Kalkzug zu den Kohlekraftwerken in der Lausitz verlassen. Der dort zur Rauchgasentschwefelung benötigte Kalk wird durch die Firma Fels in ihren Werken um Rübeland in den Höhen des nördlichen Harzes gewonnen. Von Rübeland wurde der Zug von den dort eingesetzten 185 der HVLE in zwei Teilen zum Umspannbahnhof Blankenburg Nord gebracht.
Östlich von Blankenburg tat sich ein kleines Wolkenloch für den Zug, der nun mit Dieseltraktion unterwegs ist, auf.
V330.1 of the Havelländische Eisenbahn has just left Blankenburg with the lime train to the coal-fired power stations in the Lausitz. The lime required there for flue gas desulphurisation is extracted by the Fels company in its plants around Rübeland in the heights of the northen Harz Mountains. From Rübeland, the train was taken in two parts by the 185s of the HVLE used there to the Blankenburg Nord switchyard.
East of Blankenburg a small cloud hole opened up between the clouds for the train, which is now running with diesel traction.

V330.6 der Havelländischen Eisenbahn ist am Abend des 18. August mit einem VPS-Stahlzug in Richtung Peine unterwegs. Am Bahnübergang von Woltorf konnte sie fotografiert werden.

Am 17.09. hatte V330.3 Dienst am ER53846. Bei Wennerode rollt sie durch das "Niemandsland" das bis vor 31 Jahren noch Zonenrandgebiet war.
On 17.09. V330.3 was in service on ER53846. At Wennerode it rolls through the "no man's land" which was the border between the two german states until 31 years ago.
CP SD60-3 6308 with the CMQ 9020 and CMQ 9017 lead a short train east past the bog at MP 19 with Borestone mountain in the distance.

Am 09.05.2020 brachte die HVLE mit 250 004 Baustoffe nach Greifswald. Am frühen Morgen erreichte der Zug als DGS 95476 aus Röderau den Bahnhof um dann zum Entladen in den Anschluss nach Greifswald-Ladebow zu fahren. Abends ging es wieder zurück in den Bahnhof Greifswald um von dort aus seine Fahrt als DGS 95454 nach Wustermark Rbf anzutreten. Hier ist der Zug auf seiner Rückfahrt von Ladebow nach Greifswald zu sehen.
