Nadat de bij Groko opgehaald wagens waren weggezet werd er ook nog een volgende sleep koelwagens geplaatst, aan de loc NS 2221 zit de generator/begeleiderswagen. De Roemeense koelwagens werden standaard in setjes van meerdere wagens incl. een generator/begeleiderswagen die de koeling van al de wagens verzorgde. De aansluiting van Groko liep vanaf het emplacement in Breda achter de Van Gend & Loos loods langs, links in beeld.
