I had to work really hard to get this image. After asking for permission to take captures I was offered to take the lift to the 6th floor. Which means I climbed another 16 stories to get the full top-down view 😄

Bicycles

Although I don’t ride a bike, well not at least for 40 odd years, there is something satisfying about a bike. It’s solid, reliable (mainly), an art form, it has a place in our society, an environmental champion, a pleasure and a serious competitor.

There aren’t many things in life that fulfil those criteria, there will always be those detractors but for me the bike is a hero.

Zufällig traf den Kopf dieses Marienkäfers kurz vor dem Auslösen ein dicker Wassertropfen. Es dauerte eine Weile, bis der kleine Kerl den Kopf wieder frei hatte.

Coincidentally, a thick drop of water hit the head of this ladybug just before it was triggered. It took the little guy a while to clear his head again.
