La Capella de Jesús, de Centelles, va ser construïda en temps de Guillem Ramon II, entre 1536 i 1539. Es va fer per la Cofradia del Ciri de Nostra Senyora de Jesús. La primera cita d'aquesta capella data del 26 de juny de 1539 en un testament fet per Na Marçona. La seva edificació va anar a càrrec de la casa baronial centellenca. Al 1637, Ramon de Blanes i de Centelles-Carrós va donar un gran Crist de talla que es va posar al nou altar fet en 1640. Aquesta capella durant el segle XVII va servir com a escola i a partir de 1669 s'hi reunia el Consell de Vila i del terme del comptat en sessions extraordinàries (hi ha constància d'aquests fets fins que el 1729 el bisbe Marimon les va prohibir). Mentre s'hi construïa la nova església parroquial va fer les funcions d'aquesta (1704-10).

És una capella d'una sola nau amb una volta apuntada, absis poligonal i de façana plana coronada amb un fris horitzontal. La coberta és de teula aràbiga a diversos vessants. El campanar és d'espadanya. La façana principal és un quadrat perfecte que es compon simètricament sobre un eix central vertical, és l'única part que conserva la fesomia dels anys en que fou realitzada.

En el frontís de l'esglesiola s'hi esculpí un escut que representa l'heraldi familiar dels Centelles. Aquest edifici ha tingut diferents usos al llarg de la seva història, i actualment s'utilitza com a sala d'exposicions temporals i com un espai d'activitats de petit format com xerrades o concerts.

I have been a little depressed for the past couple of days. I searched and searched but couldn't find something I wanted to process. Today I found this nice dwarf and it was a quick and straightforward process to boot. Wideband near infrared, red, and blue filters make the galaxy appear nicely balanced in color but the clouds of normally red H-alpha are green here to accommodate near infrared in the red channel.

This galaxy was imaged for Ultra-Luminous x-Ray Sources in the Most Metal-Poor Galaxies (Proposal 12018)
