Na de mislukte passage in Ghlin was het maar een kort eindje rijden naar ons volgend punt in Jurbise. Dar deze fotodag niet veel soeps meer ging opleveren, was zo klaar als een klontje. Gelukkig zat het qua timing dan wel weer snor toen de eerste piekuurtrein op lijn 96 zijn volgende stop in Jurbise aan het bereiken was.
Ik koester dit plaatje dan ook wel, want hoe lang gaan we zulke combinaties nog kunnen vastleggen?
We ondernamen daarna nog een poging om de BLS Vectron voor de tweede keer die dag ergens te kunnen gaan spotten, alleen bleek de afstand tot Charleroi echt te ver in rijtijd... dat zou waarschijnlijk op niets uitdraaien waardoor we na een korte stop in Soignies aan de Carrières (even checken of het fotopunt dat daar ligt nog bruikbaar is) we afsloten met een goed pak frieten in Halle zelf.

We had bad luck in Ghlin but in Jurbise all went good when this rush hour train approached our viewpoint. So we once again got some sunshine on a train. Of course, graffiti (a plague on Belgian passanger trains) was present, although less than usual... so I am quite satisfied with this picture.
As the rest of the evening was not very promising on freight trains and as it stayed more or less completely overcast, we decided to end our day in our hometown with some Belgian fries and a hamburger.
We didn't had the result we had foreseen on this day but hey one cannot win every day the lottery ;-)
