Eine Altbau-VII K mit einem Schmalspurzug im Schwarzwassertal zwischen Schmalzgrube und Schlössel.
Ein Motiv, wie es für die Zittauer Schmalspurbahn, die Weißeritztalbahn oder die Fichtelbergbahn keine Seltenheit oder gar Standard ist. Für die Preßnitztalbahn stellt dieses Motiv jedoch eine absolute Rarität dar! Seit Pfingsten 2010 gab es keinen weiteren Einsatz einer Altbau-VII K bei der Preßnitztalbahn! (Stand Januar 2022)

Zugkreuzung in Schlössel - Während IV K 99 542 mit einem Zug nach Jöhstadt in den Bahnhof Schlössel einfährt, wartet das Meppel 99 4511 mit einem Zug nach Schmalzgrube am Bahnsteig bereits auf die Weiterfahrt nach Schmalzgrube. - 22.05.2010
Altbau-VII K 99 761 wartet mit einem Zug der Lößnitzgrundbahn in Radebeul Ost auf die Ausfahrt nach Moritzburg - 12.09.2010

Lokportrait der I K Nr.54 in Jöhstadt - 22.05.2010
Schon bei der Eröffnung der ersten sächsischen Schmalspurline im Jahr 1881 waren Lokomotiven dieses Typs im Einsatz. Bei der I K Nr.54 handelt es sich jedoch um einen Nachbau, der erst im Jahr 2009 erstmals öffentlich Züge gezogen hat.

This is a re-processed image from a photoshoot with a friend of mine at Camp Liberty, Baghdad, Iraq. No terrorists were involved in shooting this image. The scarf is mine; we all had them to wrap around our faces when the inevitable sudden sandstorms came. Shot with an off-camera flash and umbrella. The model is one of my closest friends who happens to be a former US soldier.
