Panorama of 2 horizontal images stitched together. A location frequently visited and on rare occasions when the sun with mist combined to give that ethereal feel most times here I would do it as a long exposure of around 6 - 30 seconds to flatten out the water and a bit of luck on exposure timing to get the nice sharp and soft focus feel as you look into the image from left to right.

Sunrise and mist captured using a 10 stop pro1000 ND filter.

Friedrichshagen Waterworks, details of the old steam engine

"The Waterworks Museum (Museum im Alten Wasserwerk) is located in a section of the decommissioned Friedrichshagen waterworks on the banks of Müggelsee Lake. When the waterworks began operating in 1893, it was the largest and most modern of its kind in Europe. Today, with its six engine rooms, four Rieseler systems, several sand filters, side structures and residential buildings, the complex functions as an important witness to industrial history.

On the 7,000 m² museum grounds, there are three "Maschinenschöpfhäuser" (pumping machines), and the main machine hall is entirely unique and in its original state. Visitors can still see one of the three machines – which were originally powered by steam – in operation."

The photos are made inside the window, unfortunately no sun, even if the weather gets better, the lens also comes into its own better you need enough light so I have to use high ISO because I do everything manually I can't not work with a tripod

Skrunda-2 is loosely based on the town of the same name in Latvia. It was run by the Russians to host radar. They left in 1998 and what remains to this day is a complete, but empty ghost-town, a time capsule to Cold War paranoia and Soviet styling.
