I find this colour combo difficult to shoot. The walls are a slightly warm light grey! I find it hard to get it right, it's either too cool and looks blue/grey or too warm and it just looks beige etc, What do you think?

As much ambient as I could get for the lamps + 2 580ex's to my right bounced off the wall/ceiling spaced a couple of meters apart to bounce light into the room. I could have done more with the lamps perhaps?

We spent the day up the river visiting mum and dad at their camping spot. And what a spot it was!! The water was amazing. The sunburn later not so much.

Also, you may be shocked to learn this is not a self portrait. I am the orange one in the middle.

I'm a little excited about it. And it isn't just going to the faire and such, its seeing all my friends! There are people I get to see at the faire that I only see once a year. My friend and his new wife are coming up from Texas, too!

Every weekend (or as many weekends as I can manage) between now and Labor Day (September 5th), I'm going to be hanging out with friends.

And maybe, just maybe, my Saturday and Sunday 365days will have a guest star.
