#25 side 1
These are double-sided polymer clay necklace pendants. These are made with my laser cut acrylic stamps listed on Etsy in HaskinsDesignStudio.
The front of the pendant is stamped with the positive stamp design and the back is stamped with the same stamp design, but opposite/negative.
Positive - meaning stamp pushes/impresses into the clay. Negative - meaning clay is raised where it is indented on the other side.
After stamping both sides, the clay is cured, then Pebeo fantasy paint is applied to each surface. Pebeo fantasy paint is a resin-like medium with mica powders integrated, which is what gives it the color and the "cell" effect when dry. The paint is applied thickly and migrates without user control while it is drying. Also, the colors do not "mix" because the are mica particles, not pigments. it is hard to take photos because of the way the mica reflects light. so colors in the photos may vary slightly depending on your computer/phone screen.
The edges are buffed with 14 karat gold inka buff to give it a finished look.
The pendants are reversable, including the copper accent rings that are attached to some of the pendants.
These pendants come with a free ribbon necklace, but can easily be attached to a necklace chain that you have.
the wire bezel at the top is made with 18-20 ga. copper wire.
I only made 60 of these pendants, and these are the last 26 available. Due to limited supplies of local Pebeo fantasy paints, I will not be making any more and cannot make custom pendants with this method.
