Two silver coins circulating in New Spain called "Columnario" minted in the first mexican mint . The one from 1750 was minted under the reign of Ferdinand VI (1713-1759), the one from 1771 under the reign of Carlos III (1716-1788) of Spain.
It receives the name of 'columnario' for the relief where two columns and two worlds that represent Europe and America appear.

De 1750 met stam 7703 doemt uit de mist bij Herxen op de IJssellijn als omgeleide int 145 naar Berlin Ostbahnhof. De omleiding was vanwege diverse treinen die gestrand waren op de lijn Apeldoorn-Amersfoort vanwege vorst en ijzel.

Ter hoogte van het buurtschap Loo bij Bathmen is hier locomotief 1750 onderweg met IC 148 Berlin Ostbahnhof - Amsterdam C. Ook al is het al eerder aangekondigd; het lijkt er toch echt op dat eind dit jaar de locomotieven serie 1700 zullen verdwijnen voor deze treinen.

Afgelopen woensdag werd een kort bezoek gebracht aan de Bentheimroute. Het aantal goederentreinen viel ondanks dat de Betuweroute gedeeltelijk gestremd was wegens werkzaamheden, nogal tegen. Wat wel keurig en mooi op tijd reed was de ICB. Omdat de serie 1700 vanaf komende december wordt vervangen door vectrons, kon deze dag nog een aantal ICB's op de foto worden gezet. Eén hiervan was IC 148 met locomotief 1750 van NS.

Naar verluidt is 2023 het laatste jaar voor de inzet van de "gebroken neusjes" oftewel Nez-Casse serie 1700 voor de Int naar Berlijn. Vorig jaar rond deze tijd ontdekte ik dat ter hoogte van Terschuur weer flink wat struikgewas gesnoeid door Prorail. Deze stek had ik voor het laatst in 2011 gebruikt waarna het compleet was dichtgegroeid. Op 28 februari 2022 zag ik vanaf de A1 dat het hier nu eindelijk weer open was en daar werd onmiddellijk gebruik van gemaakt. Zoals toen al verwacht zou het niet veel later een erg platgetrapte stek worden want iedereen rende er naar toe om dit ook te proberen (ik snap dat nooit zo goed maar dat terzijde). Als een van de eerste treinen hier was het de ICB 146, die deze dag ca 30 minuten vertraagd was. Getrokken door de 1750 passeert de gelukkig schone stam hier de toen nog enige fotograaf richting Amersfoort en verder.
Im August 2023 war ich öfters beruflich in Ibbenbüren-Esch tätig, und ein paar Mal gab es das Wetter her, nach Feierabend oder im Zuge der Anreise einen Abstecher über die Grenze zu machen. So auch für diese Aufnahme, wenn auch das Bild das Einzige des Tages bleiben sollte, neben - wenn ich es richtig erinnere - 16 Wolkenschäden. Gut, passiert...
Die 1750 rollt mit ihrem Intercity bei Zenderen gen Amsterdam der Abendsonne entgegen, welche kurze Zeit später dann endgültig kapitulierte und sich hinter einem großen Wolkenberg versteckte.
Vanwege werkzaamheden tussen Deventer en Apeldoorn werd de intercity Berlijn omgeleid via Lelystad en Zwolle.
De NSI 1700'en blijven interessant op de enkelsporige lijn tussen Deventer en Olst en daarom besloot ik ook deze keer om even een kijkje te nemen.
In een mooi zonnetje passeert NSI 1750 met de IC Berlijn stam de Randerstraat in Diepenveen, onderweg naar Deventer en Duitsland!

Op 6 December 2019 is de NSR 1750 zojuist aangekomen met IC 140 vanuit Bad Bentheim. Niet veel later zal de trein vertrekken richting de Zaanstraat voor reiniging.
NSR 1750 met IC-Berlijn stam 7709 als trein 240 (Berlin Ostbahnhof - Amsterdam Centraal).

Dit jaar gaan de Nez-Casse locs van de ICB ter zijde. Op de zonnige avond van 19 juni 2017 passeert de schone 1750 met ICBxxx naar 020 opvallenderwijs via linkerspoor ter hoogte van Harselaar.

Met op het moment van opname nog maar 1,5 week dienst voor de boeg passeerde de NSI 1750 met de IC Berlijn-afscheidsstam het dorpje Teuge als IC 148 onderweg van Berlin Ostbahnhof naar Amsterdam Centraal. 28-11-2023.
De 1750 is op het moment van schrijven van RFO en bestickerd.

Sleepy Hollow is a village in the town of Mount Pleasant in Westchester County, New York. The village is located on the east bank of the Hudson River, about 30 miles (48 km) north of New York City, and is served by the Philipse Manor stop on the Metro-North Hudson Line. To the south of Sleepy Hollow is the village of Tarrytown, and to the north and east are unincorporated parts of Mount Pleasant. The population of the village at the 2010 census was 9,870.
Originally incorporated as North Tarrytown in the late 19th century, in 1996 the village officially adopted the traditional name for the area. The village is known to many via "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow", a short story about the local area and its infamous specter, the Headless Horseman, written by Washington Irving, who lived in Tarrytown and is buried in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. Owing to this story, as well as the village's roots in American history and folklore, Sleepy Hollow is considered by some to be one of the "most haunted places in the world".
