Ethiopia is one of the oldest Christian states in the world. The Entoto Maryam Church is probably the oldest building in use in the vicinity of Addis Ababa; it was full of active worshippers taking part in a wedding celebration when I visited.

I'm not getting my hopes up, guys, but I think I may be able to finally visit Forest Park this weekend. I know I've said this before but my ankle does seem to be doing better. Case in point: I walked back from the museum yesterday. It's a 3.3 mile walk and I didn't feel any pain. Maybe after three months, my sprain decided to just go away.
