Within Lawson's depot at Corby could be seen these two aged Oly's. The Alexander body was unable to be identified, although obviously a former Stagecoach vehicle.
R92XNO, a Northern Counties Palatine bodied Volvo Olympian, now painted overall white was new to Stagecoach' Catford depot in London as 16092 and in whose ownership has also worked as far afield as Fife in Scotland.
Likely now relegated to schools transport - the only clue being "Route 240A" on paper in the front window.

Mr. Seymour and his wife who moved to Brightlingsea last week, have come straight from the Poplar Mission in East London.
Both Ministers were welcomed by the Rev. Needham, and the Rural Dean of Colchester, the Rev. James Allen. The Rev.

Dan Schatzeder, Baseball 1973-1976: Dan Schatzeder was a great collegiate baseball player for the University of Denver. In his time as a Pioneer, Schatzeder was picked to the first-team All-District Seven four straight years. He left the University holding DU records for career strikeouts (322), single season strikeouts (118) and career shutouts (5). Schatzeder also played some offense as a Pioneer, leaving the University as the third-ranked Pioneer in triples with nine. Schatzeder's success continued at the next level, playing professionally with several teams, but his most notable performance came in the 1987 World Series with the Minnesota Twins. Schatzedar earned a win in the sixth game of the Series, pitching four and two-thirds innings against the St. Louis Cardinals, eventually becoming the University of Denver's first baseball alum to be a part of a World Series Championship team.

Treinstation Gdansk
The school holidays are always a traditional window for tarting up tired paintwork. Most of the main Fife fleet will go to Aberhill for a complete repaint, however Wellwood still has its own paintshop which has been refreshing the red paintwork on the back of most of the school deckers. Note the non-standard fleetnumber font and position on the back.
