So guys, I won't be uploading any more photos until next Monday... Over a week. Why? I'm goin' to CALIFORNIA!! Tomorrow, at 5:00 AM. After having another one of my brothers married off this month, it's just that much less expensive to go on a holiday without him, so we are taking the opportunity! :) We'll be at Disneyland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and Universal studios... And I will be taking photos, but I won't be able to upload until I return on Sunday or Monday.
On a sadder note... Sparky went to stay with one of my brothers and his family (and my 1 year old nephew!) today, he's gonna stay with them all week. I'm missing him so much already! I must be a nut or something... But honestly, it's only been an hour, and I'm already extremely depressed without my dog around! I can't wait to see him when I get back... Yes, he is my best friend. ;) So I used White Cat for today's photo, White Cat will comfort me for this last night before going to California tomorrow. :)

Me and my sis Lmia was trying to do something new. This is the 1st time i use the painting with the light technique , i draw the letters and she made the heart shape . i never mentioned that she's the one who always assist my with my pictures .. thank you ya al........ << she know her self XD

I've been reading more these day, mostly memoirs. I highly recommend Liz Phair's new book Horror Stories and Rebecca Solnit's memoir Recollections of My Nonexistence. Each is a remarkably gifted writer and they have created insightful and moving works. This image is of the next book on my list, the Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov.
2020 should see the final Class 142 railbuses removed from the national rail network after a remarkable 35 years of service. Much criticised in recent years, the 142s cannot be regarded as anything less than successful - at least in commercial terms, providing a low-cost solution to local passenger services that surely has outlined its design life by a comfortable margin. Sadly, the passenger experience won it few friends. I recall my one and only ride on a brand new but rough riding unit, with rattling doors and cramped 3+2 seating. - but I did like the livery, which I have reproduced here on a unit photographed many years later (updated 30-Mar-20).

On 28 April 1991, a 142 is seen south of Ryhope Grange Junction on the 1700 (Sun) Newcastle - Middlesbrough.
I'm actually pretty happy with this one:D been having this idea for a while now and finally got the chance to do it because of Ashley's help! This is my first photo that doesn't have title, I came to the realization with the help of Joeri's post a few days ago, that you shouldn't title something just for the sake of having a title. (check him out, he's incredible!) I couldn't come up with any real meaning behind this photo, I just liked the idea, therefore..no title. It's also my first levitation type photo, i've been wanting to do one for so long..... School has officialy finished, so yay to a great month of photography!! :]
