Im letzten Licht war heute 120 145 mit einem Getreideganzzug, welcher in Passau übernommen wurde, nordwärts unterwegs. Bei Langenisarhofen gelang ein Foto.
Durch einen Defekt an der 1116 blieb dieser Railjet auf der freien Strecke liegen und musste abgeschleppt werden. Die orientrote 120 149 wurde dazu aus München geschickt - das interessante Gespann konnte ich bei Gutmart auf dem Weg nach Salzburg ablichten.

Die Arnstädter Museums-Trommel 120 274 war heute mit einem Fotogüterzug zwischen Gera und Adorf unterwegs. Der Blick auf die Talsperre Pirk wurde mit Sonne belohnt.

Im Jahr 2019 war der IC 2022 eine sichere 120er-Leistung. Entsprechend ging es bei passendem Wetter im September mal an den Rhein für ebendiesen Zug. Er wurde bei der Durchfahrt durch Oberwesel im wunderschönen Rheintal geknipst.
Der Ebro ist mit einer Länge von 910 Kilometern der zweitlängste Fluss auf der iberischen Halbinsel. Er entspringt im Ort Fontibre im Norden Spaniens und mündet bei Amposta, ungefähr mittig zwischen Barcelona und Valencia, in das Mittelmeer. Von Miranda de Ebro Richtung Saragossa und Barcelona folgt ihm die auch die Bahnstrecke und insbesondere zwischen Miranda de Ebro und Logroño verläuft die Strecke häufig am Fluss entlang. Der Bahnverkehr beschränkt sich bei den Reisezügen allerdings auf ein Zugpaar, dass von Barcelona nach Bilbao verkehrt. Zum Einsatz kommen Triebwagen der Baureihe 120. Alvia 438 wird auf seinem Weg nach Bilbao in Kürze seinen nächsten Halt Haro erreichen.
120 111 fährt mit dem IC 2082 "Königsee" (Berchtesgaden - Hamburg Altona) bei Grabenstätt in Richtung München, um in wenigen Minuten den Bahnhof von Übersee zu erreichen.

Die Anzahl der fotogenen Loks des Unternehmen DPB stieg in den vergangenen Monaten massiv an. Bei Himmelstadt rollte die 193 120 mit einem Kesselwagenzug durch das Maintal in Richtung Süden.
Es gibt wieder eine schöne Gelegenheit der Strecke Hamburg - Bremen einen Besuch abzustatten. Wie letztes Jahr auch finden dieses Jahr wieder Baurbeiten auf der KBS110 statt. Dadurch wird wieder zahlreich über Rotenburg und Verden umgeleitet.
Das Bild zeigt jedoch keinen Umleiter: Am Sonntag, den 21.02.2021, fuhr 120 205 von BL24 mit ihrem Chinazug aus Hamburg Süd nach Rheinhausen und konnte von mir und einem weiteren Fotograf bei Dreihausen, unweit von Tostedt, festgehalten werden.

A bolgár vasút teljesen új arcát mutatja. A szerelvény élén egy frissen felújított Skoda 68E díszeleg, a kocsik pedig használtan érkeztek Németországból.
A BDŽ a DB 76 jó állapotú, IC1-es távolsági járművére csapott le még márciusban. A kocsikat több részletben szállították új otthonukba, Magyarországon keresztül. A használt vagonok főként a távolsági vonatokban közlekednek, az eddiginél jóval magasabb színvonalat biztosítva.
Ein klassischer Sonntagnachmittag-Verstärker war der IC 1958, der von Leipzig über Erfurt und Frankfurt nach Stuttgart fuhr. 120 147 ist hier mit dem Zug am Abzweig Saaleck mit der Rudelsburg und Burg Saaleck im Hintergrund zu sehen.

Market Street is an important thoroughfare in San Francisco, California. It begins at The Embarcadero in front of the Ferry Building at the northeastern edge of the city and runs southwest through downtown, passing the Civic Center and the Castro District, to the intersection with Corbett Avenue in the Twin Peaks neighborhood. Beyond this point, the roadway continues as Portola Drive into the southwestern quadrant of San Francisco. Portola Drive extends south to the intersection of St. Francis Boulevard and Sloat Boulevard, where it continues as Junipero Serra Boulevard.
Market Street is the boundary of two street grids. Streets on its southeast side are parallel or perpendicular to Market Street, while those on the northwest are nine degrees off from the cardinal directions.
Market Street is a major transit artery for the city of San Francisco, and has carried in turn horse-drawn streetcars, cable cars, electric streetcars, electric trolleybuses, and diesel buses. Today Muni's buses, trolleybuses, and heritage streetcars (on the F Market line) share the street, while below the street the two-level Market Street Subway carries Muni Metro and BART. While cable cars no longer operate on Market Street, the surviving cable car lines terminate to the side of the street at its intersections with California Street and Powell Street.
Construction
Market Street cuts across the city for three miles (5 km) from the waterfront to the hills of Twin Peaks. It was laid out originally by Jasper O'Farrell, a 26-year old trained civil engineer who emigrated to Yerba Buena, as the town was then known. The town was renamed San Francisco in 1847 after it was captured by Americans during the Mexican-American War. O'Farrell first repaired the original layout of the settlement around Portsmouth Square and then established Market Street as the widest street in town, 120 feet between property lines. (Van Ness now beats it with 125 feet.) It was described at the time as an arrow aimed straight at "Los Pechos de la Chola" (the Breasts of the Maiden), now called Twin Peaks.
