At the end of winter it's always nice to go to an estate here in the neighbourhood called "Elswout" ..lots of early springflowers...

Op het eind van de winter is het altijd bijzonder om naar Elswout te gaan..de lente spat daar de grond uit...hier een aantal winterakonieten met op de achtergrond de Orangerie..

Als gebürtiger Düsseldorfer hat es mich schon sehr früh in die Ferne gezogen. Frankfurt, München, Wien, Graz und seit 1999 wohnhaft in Jennersdorf, im wunderschönen Südburgenland.

Im ausgeübten Beruf als Werbegestalter und Grafiker (1966-1992) aber auch in der Selbständigkeit (bis 2012) ist die bildende Kunst immer allgegenwärtig gewesen.

Meine Leidenschaft sind Experimente mit verschiedenen Hilfsmitteln und Materialien wie zum Beispiel:

Kurzfilme mit und ohne Kamera - Kodak-Sofortbilder ganz ohne Kamera - Negativstreifen und Dias anders gesehen - PC-Fehler zur kreativen Weiterverarbeitung verwenden - Digitalfotografie und ihre Möglichkeiten mit einem Apple-Computer kombinieren und verfeinern - und bis heute noch vieles mehr entdecken...

Met de instroom van het ICNG in de reguliere dienst zullen langzaam steeds meer 186 combinaties uit de ICD dienst naar Eindhoven worden teruggetrokken. Op 27 mei 2017 was het nog lang niet zover en reden er ook nog diverse witte 186'ers in de 1100 serie mee. Het was die dag zeer zonnig en warm en onder deze omstandigheden zien we de ex-Captrain 186148 op kop en de 186029 als duwer ter hoogte van Dorst passeren als trein 1156 op weg naar Den Haag Centraal.
