This picture was taken after the SCIS Swim Team group picture was taken. I had some of the swimmers come over and stand together so I could take a picture. I asked them to get close together to show the close - family feeling of the team and to smile. It represents SCIS as a family and shows the Swim team's face. It turned out quite well and suits the profile of SCIS perfectly as we are all part of a family or community and the people who are with us on the team are like second brothers or sisters... :D

The smallest standing stones of a Machrie moor circle - 'Machrie moor 11' is just behind 'Machrie 1' and to the right hand side of the mighty 'Machrie 2'. The water is real, and it was a little like walking off piste looking for smaller stone circles in Dartmoor. The water came over as a tail from a hurricane a few days before (and then there was the overnight rain ... and then morning rain). Weather sealed cameras (Pentax) good walking gear and be ready for when the light comes. Such a pleasure when it does and a challenge when it doesn't.

Un amigo se fue de viaje a Japón y nos trajo de vuelta un set de papel para hacer origami. Me encantan el tacto del papel, tan fino, y los dibujos. Utilizamos una de las hojas para hacer una tarjeta de cumpleaños para una amiga de mi hija.
