Der IC2 10865 von Zürich nach Lugano kämpft sich bei Wassen die Nordrampe des Gotthard hoch. Der führende Steuerwagen scheint dabei im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes vom Schnee bereits die Schnauze voll zu haben :-)

De voormalige locomotief 2018 van de Stadtwerke Frankfurt (Taunusbahnen) een BMAG LDF 300 C12 (afgeslankte V 36) staat ook in het Technik museum in het Duitse Speyer (links)
De locomotief werd in 1939 gebouwd door de Berliner Maschinenbau-Actien-Gesellschaft voorheen L. Schwartzkopff (BMAG) onder fabrieksnummer 10865 en geleverd aan de Pulverfabrik Wolff & Co. KG aA in Walsrode als locomotief 13. Reeds in 1943 ging hij naar Dortmund-Hörder Hüttenverein AG. Eind 1952 ging hij naar Schöma - Christoph Schöttler Maschinenfabrik GmbH in Diepholz, waar hij ingrijpend werd verbouwd, onder meer met een nieuwe MWM TRHS 526 S motor en een nieuw persluchtsysteem. In 1954 ging hij naar de St.M.B. - Steinhuder Meer-Bahn GmbH, als loc 271.
Medio 1962 ging hij naar de Stadtwerke Frankfurt als loc 2018 en daar kreeg hij een stroomafnemer voor het bedienen van de seinen op de lijn van de voormalige Frankfurter Lokalbahn. De locomotief werd in 1980 wegens een scheur in het motorblok buiten dienst gesteld en overgedragen aan de Historische Eisenbahn Frankfurt. De locomotief kwam in 2000 naar het Technik Museum Speyer.
Van dit type werden er vier gebouwd, die alle werden geleverd aan de kruitfabriek Wolff & Co. in Walsrode.

L'ampio e animato percorso lungo il bacino di S. Marco deriva il nome dai marinai della Schiavonia o Slavonia (l'odierna Dalmazia), che qui ormeggiavano i loro navigli e svolgevano i loro traffici. Nel prospetto spiccano la settecentesca chiesa di S. Maria della Visitazione o della Pietà, che ha un interno concepito anche in funzione di esecuzioni concertistiche, e il gotico palazzo Dandolo (sec. XV), sede del notissimo hotel Danieli.

In June 1943 the Liberty Ship S.S. Jeremiah O'Brien slid down the ways at the New England Shipbuilding Corporation in South Portland, Maine. Shortly thereafter she entered service, operated by Grace Line for the War Shipping Administration. Named for the first American to capture a British naval vessel during the Revolutionary War, the O'Brien made seven World War II voyages, ranging from England and Northern Ireland to South America, to India, to Australia. She also made eleven crossings of the English Channel carrying personnel and supplies to the Normandy beaches in support of the D-Day invasion. After the war, she was mothballed and laid up in the Reserve Fleet at Suisun Bay, north of San Francisco

CZ: Dne 25. května 2024 byla v Kyjově zachycena parní lokomotiva typu EP 1000 čísla 525.101 v čele zvláštního vlaku Sp 10865 [Kyjov - Bzenec].
Lokomotivy typu 1435 EP 1000 byly vyrobeny v počtu 25 kusů v roce 1956 s určením pro těžký vlečkový provoz. Dnešních dnů se dočkala pouze jediná lokomotiva tohoto typu, vyrobená jako osmá v pořadí pod továrním číslem 3591/1956. Lokomotivu objednaly Spojené ocelárny, n. p. Kladno kam byla dodána 28. 5. 1956. Na vlečce SONP jezdila pod pořadovým číslem 32 a uplatnění našla nejen v těžkém hutním provozu ale také v traťové službě na Kladensko-nučické dráze, kde dopravovala uhlí, železnou rudu a vápenec. Z provozu byla odstavena v roce 1978 a převzata do sbírek NTM. V roce 1994 započala její oprava do provozuschopného stavu, která byla dokončena až o dlouhých 24 let později.
