CZ: Dne 5. července 2026 byl za stanicí Nemotice zachycen mezistátní rychlík R 10030 [Zlaté Hory – Bratislava hl.st.] v čele s lokomotivou 751.201 a lokomotivou 754.071 na postrku. Jednalo se o návrat zvláštního vlaku spolku Albatrosklub z výletu do Jeseníků. Vzhledem k výhradnímu provozu dle zabezpečovače ETCS na hlavních koridorech bylo nutno vlak trasovat z Brna přes Vlárskou trať do Veselí nad Moravou a hraniční přechod Sudoměřice nad Moravou – Skalica na Slovensku.
EN: On 5 July 2026, the international express train R 10030 [Zlaté Hory – Bratislava hl.st], hauled by locomotive 751.201 at the front and locomotive 754.071 at the rear, was photographed behind Nemotice station. This was the return journey of a special train organised by the Albatrosklub association from a trip to the Jeseníky Mountains.

Originally, the train had been typical inter urban between Osaka and Kyoto as series 3000 of Keihan Electric Railway, but transferred to Toyama Chihou Railway from 1991 and running country side for more than 30 years. It’s first time for me to see them at Toyama.

Exactly one year ago today and Morecambe depot's Ribble centenary liveried Enviro 400 is seen running through the grounds of Lancaster University with a 100 service from Morecambe. This was its regular haunt for about six months before new branded 400MMCs were allocated to the service. Since then 10030 had worked a much wider range of routes, from Preston in the south to Windermere and Bowness in the north, until more recently when it appears to be among the section of the fleet stored for the duration.
DAE514W is a 1980 MCW Metrobus in the Bristol Omnibus fleet but with Bath fleetnames. It is seen in that city en route to Bristol, (if the destination is set correctly)on 13 October 1984.

The latest bus to receive a heritage livery to mark the 100th anniversary of Ribble Motor Services is Stagecoach 10030 based at Morecambe depot. It carries the short-lived deregulation scheme which sits rather well on the modern E400 body and is seen working route 100, re-numbered from the 2 as part of the celebrations.

Stagecoach 10030 has now gone a further twenty years or so back in time and swapped its NBC poppy red heritage livery for this magnificent Ribble cherry red version as would have been seen in the 1950s and 60s.
And special thanks to the driver who hung back here leaving Preston bus station to allow an errant pedestrian to clear the scene.
