So I had to eat lunch in the car - sorry for the bad pic. From top left going clockwise: veggies (beets, carrots, broccoli - all steamed); strawberries; veg/tofu fried brown rice; and homemade cream of mushroom soup.

That was THE most time consuming soup I have ever made!!! What a pain! And I'm not so crazy about it either. Live and learn.
