A forest of masts; just as the trees are bare of leaves at this time of year, the masts are bare of sails, as the yachts are taken out onto shore for the winter hibernation.
Fell off the Flickr wagon for a while there, but don't worry, I've been taking photos throughout my unplanned hiatus.
Might take a while to get caught up, but I'm back online now... at least until the next time I unexpectedly decide to stay away from the laptop.

We finally got a good-sized swell yesterday here in Kona and I took about 600 shots, but all from shore. On a recent trip to the summit of Mauna Kea, I broke the lens I use in my surf housing, so couldn't venture out to dodge the traffic.
