Three trains are found at 10th St on the west end of NS's Avondale Yard on this October afternoon.
Starting from the left is the Kearney Turn, BNSF train R-HLA4561-06F, with a BN "whiteface" GP39E on the point. They went to the Bartlett KCT Elevator at Randolph to grab a KCS grain train, and they tied down here as BNSF Murray Yard wouldn't take them.
Next is NS train 239 with a CP AC4400CW as the sole power. They're holding on Main Track 1 of the joint BNSF Brookfield Sub - NS Kansas City District waiting for the BNSF Ustick Dispatcher to call them down to the signal at Block 224. They have a train of autoracks bound for UP's Armourdale Yard.
Finally, we have a pair of SD40N's moving down The Inbound with UP train YKC78-06, bringing a short transfer out of NS's Avondale Yard to UP's Neff Yard on the other side of the Missouri River. 10/6/17.

A pair of Geeps lead BNSF train R-HLA4561-06F, the "Kearney Turn" or simply the "K Turn", as it makes it's way back to BNSF's Murray Yard on Main Track 1 of the joint BNSF Brookfield Sub-NS Kansas City District at old Sam's Town Casino. They have a little over 80 cars here, most of which are KCS hoppers from the Bartlett Grain KCT Elevator that is right behind me here. 9/6/21.
