This is our Sicilian neighbor doing his daily ritual feeding the wild turkeys. You will meet them some other time. Sandro moved to Canada from Italy at the ripe young age of 18 and started laying bricks right away. We sit down and share stories often but his are far more colorful than mine especially after a few glasses of his homemade wine.

Ready.. Steady... Jump!!

Simple idea but took me a while to work out how to get it to look like he's actually jumping and even then it's badly edited.

But it'll do! :D

Assistant Station Master Cory Harris locked the main entrance to Grand Central Terminal, at 42nd Street and Park Avenue, after the last train departed at 7:10 p.m. on Sunday, October 28. Grand Central closed in advance of Hurricane Sandy.
